- Micros System Experience required.
- Polite, friendly person with a strong personality skills that can think on their feet.
- Well-spoken and presented individual.
- Strong leader who can oversee employees.
Responsible For
Key Responsibilities:
- 3 Years’ experience in management position from Restaurant / Hotel.
- Manager the entire service operation of the restaurant.
- Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
Additional Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Daily meetings and handovers with staff rostering.
- Maintain and achieve restaurant targets.
- Do monthly stock takes

Essential qualification:
- Grade 12 (Matric) and be computer literate.
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
