- This role involves managing staff across various areas, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and maintenance, while promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Additional Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- The Operations Manager will collaborate with the General Manager to develop budgets, forecast expenses, and drive profitability through effective cost control measures. , as the Operations Manager must address guest concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in hotel operations, a solid understanding of hospitality management principles, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment for staff and guests alike.
