Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Lodge Chef to join our client team with a Live-In Accommodation position. Applicant must be willing to relocate to the location of work!

  • Comfortable working in a remote bush environment.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently.
Responsible For
Purpose of the Role:
  • Previous chef experience (lodge, guest house or restaurant),
  • Ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Good knowledge of menu planning and basic stock control.
Additional Requirements

Additional Duties includes:  

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality meals.
  • Managing kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Stock control and minimizing waste.
  • Assisting with menu planning.
  • Ensuring excellent guest dining experiences.
