Purpose of the Role:
- We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management.

Responsible For
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with queries and guest complaints.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible to train and motivate and manage all housekeeping staff.
Additional Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Maintain and implement procedure to ensure the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel including outside areas, rooms and public areas.
- Daily meetings and handovers with staff.
- Staff rostering and do monthly stock takes.

Educational Requirements
Essential qualification:
- Grade 12 (Matric) and be computer literate.
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
