Preferred / Advantageous:
- Well-presented and professional.
- Comfortable working in a remote bush environment.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsible For
Purpose of the Role:
- Previous chef experience (lodge, guest house or restaurant),
- Ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Good knowledge of menu planning and basic stock control.
Additional Requirements
Additional Duties includes:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality meals.
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Stock control and minimizing waste.
- Assisting with menu planning.
- Ensuring excellent guest dining experiences.
