Overview
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Barman with waitering experience to join our client team. Applicant must be willing to relocate to the location of work!

Preferred / Advantageous:
- Well-presented and professional.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a remote bush environment.
Responsible For
Role Requirements:
- Previous bar experience (essential).
- Waitering experience in a lodge, hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of beverages and basic wine service.
Additional Requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Preparing and serving drinks.
- Taking and serving food & beverage orders.
- Maintaining bar stock and cleanliness.
- Delivering exceptional guest service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or banqueting is preferred (min 2 years), along with commitment to delivering high-quality service.
