- The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of our clinical programs.
- The Senior Therapists key responsibilities will be to provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients.
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Ensure ethical, professional, and organizational standards are upheld.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Additional Requirements
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience a must.
- The Senior Therapist must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Therapy. Must be registered with the appropriate professional body.
- Must have minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience
